Kimbi Yates,a graduate of F.I.T, has been a yoga practitioner since childhood. It was this early exposure to Yoga in New York City that led her to the Integral Yoga Teacher training program. Teaching since 1999, she became a registered member of the Yoga Alliance. Her classes are a fusion of various teaching disciplines including Sivanada, Jivamukti, and Ashtanga yoga. To expand her understanding of the human anatomy she attended the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences, where she received her N.Y.S. degree in massage therapy specializing in Swedish, shiatsu, polarity, trigger point/myofascial release, deep tissue and sports massage.  Kimbi currently conducts group classes and private sessions and is available for massage therapy.

 

Based on the belief that the customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Kimbi is committed  in aiding clients to connect  to the power of  self- healing. As a result, a high percentage of  the business is from repeat customers and referrals.
